    She isn't ready for elected office if this upsets her.

    The maxim that there is no such thing as bad publicity applies here. She could take this and spin it to her advantage the next time. Buy filing a lawsuit she just keeps digging dirt out of the bottom of the hole she's in.

    What's going to complicate matters further is the court decision that changes the ballot so the third parties can play. I don't object in principle, but practically speaking that's an advantage to Morse in that it was the third party vote split that allowed him to squeak into office last time.
