Archery tags are over the counter, but as far as I know you still have to draw for a rifle or muzzleloader tag. However, it's been a while since I've been out there so it may have changed.
Colorado Elk Hunts
I'm looking for some info on Colorado elk hunts. I heard that the tag is over the counter and I am tired of not getting drawn in AZ.

You can get an over the counter Bull tag that is good for most of the state. Google CDOW and check out the regs.
