Bought one of these at Walmart for $19.99 bucks incredibly bright.
Problem is, it got dropped the other day and now it dosent work right.
Turn it on, turn it off. Then it wont turn back on unless you mess with the battery cover. Now I see why its better to go with a higher quality light.

Lifetime LED Bulb - Never needs to be replaced
    115 lumens
Lightweight and Durable Aerospace Grade Aluminum Body
    Run time: two hours
    Beam distance: 64m
    Weather-resistant
Requires 2 "CR2 Lithium Cell" batteries

    Take it back.

I have several of these, and at least 2 of them have taking repeated hits to a hard concrete floor. They still work.

I have at least 4 and they've all been great.

Thing is I can buy 4, and still have spent less than one of those high dollar flashlights.

With the exception of the expensive lights that are American made, I would imagine the rest would have nearly the same internals.

I bought a Coleman MAX a couple days ago but it runs on 2 AA batteries.
I saw the model you have. Since I already have several flashlights that use AA batteries, I opted for that model.
I am very pleased with this light. It is very bright and has a run time of 5 hours on 2 AA batteries.
I recommend you return your flashlight and ask for a replacement. From my dealings with W-Mart, I bet they will give you a new one with no problems.
The warranty is 3 years on that light if you have to send it back. However, I would try and trade it in at W-Mart first. Good luck.

This. I've had free parts and 1 new light sent to me by SF.

    Get this.

    Surefire G2 LED.

The LED version is more expansive than the incan version but you get longer bulb life. I do like the incan cuz you can upgrade the bulb to the 120 lumen version.

And we wonder why China owns our arses. I'd love to buy American, but companies make it almost impossible with the prices they charge for their products. Why spend $150 for a light that I can get for $25 from China and they both function exactly the same.
    It's insane.

80 lumens for 3 hours compared to my 6P incan that runs on same 2 (CR123's) but has 120 lumens for 20 minutes.

I've had that same Coleman Max light for over a year. It's been used and abused just like everything else I own. And so far it's standing up well.
