    Hi all,

We went to Clark last Sunday, unfortunately too late for the hot-air balloons, the only balloons were the ordinary helium ones that a series of aircraft were trying to bust. Anyway here are a few of my photos.

I couldn't get photos of the other goodies, a lot of civilians were busy pawing them.

Unfortunately, the balloons didn't launch Saturday night, but the exhibits were worth going to.

Among some items displayed (and pawed over by the public):

various M4 rifles, Steyr AUGs, M249,l Barrett mod 99, secure multiband tactical radios, M14s, a V-150 and an Alvis Simba APC.

The APCs were nice to inspect..as these weren't derelict musuem pieces, but actively used vehicles. Even the one-man turret had the 50 cal MG, and ammo was tored in the box beside it. Surpprised how cramp it was..the one man turret barely allowed room for the gunner's shoulders. Turret traverse and weapon elevation was also manual.

    Nice one Ady!!!

What a treat to see the rollmarks on an ORIGINAL Colt M4 carbine with the latest Colt Defense marking. Seeing all the fake lowers really gets boring.

If you all have noticed, FAKE lowers are no longer limited to Colt and Bushmaster, but now includes LMT and Noveske lowers being copied and sold locally.
