Outside looking in on this. I would assume the cop had his hand out of sight on a firearm? I hope so. I also think he handled it fairly well. Lot of comments on the video are saying he was angry, o well.

This stuff gives me a headache and I dont have to deal with or worry about having to deal with this at my job.
