    Wow hideous is harsh. I guess I admire the work from a man who can take raw materials, making his own recipe for damascus of 640 layers and forging it into a balanced work of art. I was able to find this one second hand for 225, about half of a new one.

    Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder... while I can appreciate the craftsmanship and unique mark of an artist, I myself also prefer a balance of form and function.

    That said, enjoy this unique piece, surly it would add an interesting flavor to any collection. :thumbup:
