    Anybody ever heard of these?

Let me preface this with any time my nextdoor neighbor's daughter shows me a new pet, I always blurt out "what the hell is it?!?!"

A few years ago it was a blonde goat that had no ears. I wish I had taken a pic of ET as he is long gone now

Today she shows up with a Chinese Crested dog. It is basically hairless over most of it's body. Except for the mohawk and feet. He felt like a cross between a peach and a brillo pad. He will be small when fully grown. One thing I noticed was that he did NOT bother my allergies. :)

Cute critter, but he is a bit strange. I remember seeing somebody using one of these guys as an avatar and I assumed it was a PhotoChop job. Apparently not!

If you get one of those dogs...

    ..whatever you do..

DON'T get them wet and DON'T EVER feed them after midnight!

I ran into one at the dog park. They require alot of care, you have to keep sunscreen on them when outside, and sweaters on them in the winter.
