Because the middle class sent all the jobs to China, they have all our money.

They send us junk, they buy our country.

Just wait, they will soon be buying our polititions.

Can you say... Bill Clinton? (I know it was all Nixon's fault for opening the Dragon's gate 4 decades ago. Always a Republican at fault. Ask any Dem. They know.)

If we get the bid, we'll have to borrow the money from them.

They're playing chess, everybody else is playing checkers. They're buying everything because they know that eventually they'll control who gets what, how much and for what price.

They got so much cash in hand, oh my God. They offered almost half a billlion and the American side only offered less than one of that amount. They know Americans are in desperation to sell and will take the highest bidder. Millions to them is just like tens of thousands. They dont speak much but they speak in their money . Like what saying goes, Show me the money and you can have it. They are testing the American greed culture, this is so funny .....

The ChiCom gov't is hungry for technology, especially energy related. Battery technology will only get better, and this bankrupt company has already done basic research and has a foundation to leapfrog into the next generation.

China, when compared to the West, spends very little (percentage wise) on development and research. They just steal developments/research/patents and manufacture these items using their one advantage, which is an educated, but cheap, labor.

Stealing but in the form of buying, is that the trend today?

    Stealing?

Or owning a company that owns the rights to certain patents/research?

    :dunno:

Thanks to the fed flooding the market with tons of money, they are dumping the paper for the tangible.
