Breakfast- 3 soft boiled eggs in a cup, tear 1-2 pieces of white bread to small pieces, sprinkle with a little worcestershire sauce, and chop and mix it up. Different and good. Dinner- Mock Tenderloin steak. 1"x3" ground beef patties wrapped with bacon, salt and pepper, and broiled until bacon is done. Add hot water to drippings for essence or gravy. Serve with Italian green beans, mashed potatoes, and white bread to soak up all that grease! Healthy? Good, you bet!
