Chicken on the grill

    Somewhere in here are directions to splatch (sp?) chicken on the grill. Can anyone help me out here...?

    to cut down on either side of the backbone so that you can lay the chicken out flat.

    You can cut down the other side also and remove the backbone.

    When you open up the chicken like that it's real easy to shove a seasoned paste or mixture
    under the skin...

    Those flavors, along with the smoke and crisp from the grill make for some great chicken...

    Herb, garlic, olive oil...

    Jamaican Jerk Marinade...
