So the Charlotte gun show is coming up and I was wondering if anyone had caught the dixie gun show in any other part of the state?

If so do you recall what the new glocks were selling for? I'm looking for a g21 or g22.

Were you able to get anything. I thought the show was typical for these days....no real deals.

Stopped going to shows a few years ago. Haven't been to a decent one in 10 years.

I got some ammo, most things seemed a little overpriced... even for the used stuff. Only really saw good deals on 7.62 at palmetto state armory.

I found a used glock 19 in my area for way cheaper than they could offer at the show.

No CCW at shows. If you bring a gun in they have cops at the door that inspect and put a zip tie barrel/chamber.

Umm, I unload before I walk through doors, ammo in pockets. Show clear for the nice deputy and get my ziptie. On the other end, have knife or nail-clipper to remove ziptie in bathroom stall on way out. Load up, holster, conceal, leave.:tongueout:

Yes, I went to the Charlotte show and traded a used .380 SS Walther PPK + $75 for a new Glock 23C.

I was happy - my first Glock and I love it. The vendor also swapped out .380 ammo for .40 S&W.
