Been doing a little googling and can't seems to find a price I'm good with for cerakoting my Glock 35. Can anyone give me some links to reputable places? My local gun shop will do the slide for $100 in whatever color I want, but I'm still shopping around just in case I can find a better deal.

    Thanks! :wavey:

I used a company local to me around okc. They did my g19 frame and slide. Total was 75 bucks if I recall. Not sure what shipping would cost. Pm me for more info if you are interested.

CCR does pretty good work but their turn around time is usually 12 weeks or longer according to their website. I spoke to them a little while ago about having my PM9 slide refinished in black and I was told it may be much longer than 12 weeks.

Try giving Robar a call, see if they can help you out.

i had Rock your Glock, redo my G17 slide and laser engrave the Army seal on it. it was Cerakote and does not show any wear even though it is in my weekly rotation.

another Sig that i still have was Cerakoted and CCAS's ('melted' all sharp edges) from Kustomized Creations and after 5 years IIRC it still has a fantastic finish.

everything that i have had Durakoated never lasted more than 6 months of use. YMMV

my EDC flashlight is almost back to black after being Durakoated desert sand and this guy is a pro.

my .03, stay with cerakote and check out Kustomized, he is on the forum vendor list i think. great website with a lot of pictures. i have no affiliation except buying from him.

We don't price differently based on the size of the slide and barrel, it's just a flat rate. The turnaround time is 2-6 weeks because we only do a run once 10 have built up

I've had Tim at acoating.com do a few of my pistols. He's local to me but I'm sure he ships nation wide.

Did you check the Cerakote website? You can put in your zip and find people they recommend and work with.
