So who here conceal carries their G20? Do you find it hard? I have an IWB holster and we are now going into fall here in MA so far it's pretty easy but come summer time I think I may need to switch to a G29. What do you guys do for summer with such a larger Glock?

I have, on occasion, but, usually opt for the G21. They both fit inside the same Comptac Infidel. Until recently, I personally thought the 10MM had perhaps to much penetration for a carry firearm. With the right ammo, it will do nicely.

As far as the 29 goes, I carried a G30 for years, and felt the 30, and 21 were so similarly sized, there was no reason for both. I just went with the slightly larger 21/20.

Thanks guys any issues during the summer or spring months with printing where you usually end up wearing less?
I might just get something smaller for that time of year

My full size and Compact Glocks I carry during cooler weather with a covering garment, during the hot summer here in Texas I carry my G33 or my G36 in a Remora Holster IWB in the appendix position under an untucked shirt. I can carry my G20 in the Remora at 4 OClock or in a Galco Jackass Should rig under a jacket. I use the shoulder rig mostly when riding the Harley under a leather jacket.

I've had great experiences carrying my G21 in a Crossbreed Supertuck. I've even worn it under shorts and a t-shirt in the hot summer months. I'll usually switch down to my G29 or 30 for more concealable carry, but that big ol' hand cannon can be hidden pretty successfully if you are going to carry it.

I'm stoked that we are FINALLY getting into cooler weather where I can start carrying my G21 again. It's easily my favorite Glock until a G20 finds it's way into the safe one day.

I carried my G21 for about a year before getting my G29. It was very doable, but the G29 is MUCH easier to conceal. The G21 was a pain when bending over. Plus, I would sometimes sit on the muzzle. The G29 is short enough so that doesn't happen.

I guess it all kind of depends on your body size and type. I'm 6'3 300, 54" chest and yes, some gut. I carried a G35 for years in a CTAC, including a 16 hr drive to Maine and never felt it. Proper double thick belt is key for carrying a big heavy pistol. Carried it during the summer as well without any problems. Usually wore untucked wild Hawaiian style printed shirts or dark colored polos. Yes, I had to be smart about bending over or squatting down but it can be done.

At the moment I'm using a Kydex IWB holster made by a company called The Holster Works molded for the G20/21. I was surprised how comfortable it is.
You should of seen me I was trying all types of maneuvering to see what I can and can not do

I have my glock 20 with me almost every day in a crossbreed supertuck. The one thing good about the supertuck is my Xd45 fits in it also.

I carry either a G20 or G22. I wear mostly cargo shorts and a button shirt during summer, light weight summer wear. I believe I could go open carry most times and most folks would not notice.
My holster is a Don Hume 715 series IWB for both guns..

I carry my G20. Usually with cargo shorts and a tshirt. I have to be careful about bending over because the shirt will usually ride up over the grip. I haven't had any problems printing from just standing around though, even with somewhat tighter shirts. I'm also kinda skinny at 5'9" and about 140lbs.

Here are some pictures of my cc G20. I use a kydex iwb holster from PJHolster http://glocktalk.com/classifieds/sh...1&title=custom-glock-and-other-holsters&cat=8 and a 5 stitch Wilderness Instructor belt. The shirt in the picture is a large. I'm 5"9' and about 140 lbs. The only time I really worry about it printing is when I bend over to pick something up or when I sit down and lean forward. Some shirts will ride up over the grip so I have to be careful about what shirts I wear. Concealing this has really been dressing around the pistol and its a lot easier than I thought it would be.

This last one isn't concealed, but I had the camera out so I took a picture. It's from PJ Holsters as well and he made a custom backpacking holster for me. He dropped the grip 1/2 inch below the belt, offset 3/4 inch from the body, and it has a loop for a thigh strap.

If you want any more pictures Kempeh (or anyone else) let me know. Hope it helps you decide.

Great pics. You make the g20 look so easy to conceal. All the people that say it's too hard just got proven wrong. wow
