CC in Hospitals?

    I haven't seen any legislation banning hospitals from concealed carry. Amy I missing something?

    Most hospitals are private property, so it depends. Reston/Inova has no firearms signs posted.

    Which (if memory serves me correctly) means you get a trespass charge: If you don't leave when asked.

    Concealed means concealed.

    I would suspect that State and Federal (VA) hospitals are on the "do not carry" list, the same as courthouses.

    I've had 2 different attorney's that specialize in criminal defense tell me other wise.

    VA law says:

    Meaning your permit is not valid if you walk onto property where the owner has prohibited it. Which means you can be charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit if you do so.

    IANAL, but that's how it has been explained to me.
