Haha! An ethical retailer, for sure!
The aforementioned “ placebo effect “, I presume.
You may be correct. I have been using it on my elbow for a year with good results, but until you mentioned it, I had not noticed the side benifit of eliminating squeeks in my snakes!
As I said in an earlier reply, CBD seems to be quite effective on some pains but not so much on others. It provided almost imediate reliefe on my right elbow, but little to no effect on my knees.
I really don't buy the plecebo effect theories either, because I intitially tried it mostly to shut up the snake oil salesman in the booth next to me who kept pressuring me to try it.
Wear it like a badge of honor. That shows you have exquisite taste in beverages!
Ooooo... I misread your first post. Yes, I agree with you.
Why CBD oil works is not fully understood and placebo effect is certainly a part of it. But one thing I know for certain is that it not purely placebo effect.
I have seen post surgery dogs being given CBD instead of Tramadol (a narcotic) and they appear to have the same level of pain relief or better. Placebo effect does not work on dogs!
I was poking fun at the referenced post re: the hippies quit buying the CBD oil AFTER the sign " no THC in it " went up.
There are an awful lot of people on here who can't legally buy a gun, based on some of the responses about MJ above.
I've also heard of it being cut with Crisco oil !
Well, that's not quite as bad as bleach. At least with Crisco, you get a few repeat customers.
Wow thanks for all of the replies so far. The most surprising thing to me is the price. I'm hoping that once the new wears off, prices will come down.
I have been taking the oil for my leg with great results as mentioned earlier .
I also bought some ointment that is about like Vasoline for use on my knuckles when they act up . Today I finally got to use it and it seemed to really help. I will be keeping both on hand all the time .
