What a beautiful cat.
Cody had a birthday recently. Two years old. I remember when you found him and gave him a home.
I thought I was the only one that stalked other people's cats.
Love this picture.
Ragdolls. Bundles of love
May have posted this here earlier. Might in fact have found it in this thread.
Camo loves the Ryder.
This is Kandi before he got diabetes. He is doing very well now and starting to go after other cats. I think he lost 2 pounds. Which is good.
Swipter, do you have to give Kandi shots? How hard is it to learn how to do it if so?
He gets two per day. They go in his back between his shoulders, in that area back and forth. He is our second diabetic cat. You feed them at the same time so he is eating.when the shot is given. No big deal.
The needle is a 29 gauge, very very small and easily bent. He doesn't feel it, except on a rate basis. Blood draw needles are 21 or 20 gauge. Much larger than the insulin needle.
My wife gives the shots. I have done it and there is nothing to it
@Budqweiser the grey cat with the white stockings is fabulous!!
Tory and Portia sharing my chair with me this last weekend. They were keeping a watchful eye on the front yard.
Our first cold front arrived yesterday. Temps dropped considerably.
The cold has done wonders for my cats appetite. Usually there are plenty of leftovers to feed the ferals across town. Now the plates are mostly bare when I gather them up. The ferals are fighting for the food and slapping each other off the plates. Still plenty of food for all the gang and I am grateful for that.
