need beltless holster ideas. for a compact or sub-compact Glock
SmartCarry is the only safe way I know of belt-less carry. You could pocket carry, but the pants may sag badly.
I don't think you can "Mexican Carry" anything but a revolver. Maybe a Desantis pocket holster.
one of the shirts with a holster built in
Ok, maybe it is a no no but I appendix carry in a IWB clip holster all the time without a belt. M&P9C in a high Noon holster. Works for me but I'm not big on the quick draw anyway.
Smart carry is ok if it is the right gun. I don't have enough room for my M&P9C down there.
Nobody's said fanny pack yet, but I'd go with a SmartCarry.
any holster with a clip or a set of clips on it is ok for short term carry without a belt, but a belt is the best way to add support...i carry often without a belt, but i still use a holster...
i dont think he is asking about mexican carry, but carrying witout a belt...
Tie a paracord around a Glock and hang it off your neck. But keep a holster on the gun to cover the trigger.
There is no substitute for a proper holster on a proper gunbelt. If you're dead set on not wearing a belt, a waistpack or shoulder rig are among your only safe and reliable options.
i often carry my 23 appendix with no belt in a galco sto and go clip on iwb holster. the only thing i changed out there clip for a real heavy spring steel one, this has worked.
the other carry is a j-frame in a galco ankle glove.
RM Lowrider Kydex. I use it quite a bit on a few pair of pants that are just tight enough without a belt..it stays where it belongs will not come off "accidentaly" they even state in their site that some people wear it without a belt.
Your gun virtually disappears when wearing this IWB.
The design puts the gun lower in the belt line than any
other holster we've seen. Strong and simple belt clamp is
cut out to accommodate belt loops and holds Low Rider
securely in place. Some folks are wearing this holster
without a belt...
The only two I use are a bellyband (very rarely) and anke rig ( pretty rarely). Still gonna try out a shoulder rig.
Yep, carry with or without a belt this winter in either a Bianchi 100 Professional or Hume IWB. Some pants allow a snug fit without a belt when using the clip on holsters, and use a cheap Wilderness-type belt with others.
SmartCarry works well for me in summer when looser clothing is worn, many times without a belt.
