I am about to order one also for my G-23..What is with the long delivery?

they are a small shop and do all the work by hand. they ask that you allow 3-4 weeks, but many i have talked to said it usually took about 2 weeks.

i opted for the horsehide as well. i can't wait for it to get here. my CHP and my holster should get here around the same time

I simply put mine on and wore it. After about a day or two it was starting to shape to me and was comfortable pretty quick.
Now after a long time it is so comfortable that if I take the gun out I don't even know the holster is there.
Be sure to play with the height and cant adjustments.

I second what others have said. I got my mine in 15 days or so. Just wore it to break in, it squeeked a little at first but took shape after a few days of wearing it.
