Yes, but you can't use the add-on backstraps while the plug is installed because the backstraps hook into the hole that it fills.

This version installs just like the Gen3 versions, this is the Gen4 Glockmeister plug for Gen4 Full Size and Compact:

The other brand Gen4 grip plugs leave a screw sticking out of the backstrap. I'd personally hate that. The Glockmeister version I liked to above DOES NOT leave a screw sticking out of the backstrap.
if you are talking about butt plug, then yes, have one on mine.

I thought No back strap was smaller the gen 3 grip? How could it fit with then?

I think he was saying it installs the same..not that the gen 3 plugs are interchangeable with Gen 4.

??????
The Gen3 plugs don't fit in Gen3 guns, I believe.

If you go here:

You'll see the first thing is listed a plug FOR A GEN4.
Also says won't work if using a backstrap.
Go back and read the first two responders again. Slowly....

I'm glad I picked glockmeisters. It sits flush, blends with the frame and has a good slant so to make mag reloads easier. I think its the best one made for Gen 4 so far.
The Gen3 plugs snapped into the lanyard hole. Glockmeister has a new Gen4 plug that attaches the same way, the Gen4 plug is smaller so that it will fit into a Gen4.

I mentioned that the Glockmeister Gen4 plug uses the same attachment method because there are some other brand Gen4 plugs which use a screw that attaches to the plug from outside the backstrap, and the screw would likely be uncomfortable.

Notice the screw sticking out of the backstrap. The Glockmeister Gen4 plug does not use a screw like that.
