At first I thought it was a “price tag”. Then I realized it was an “evidence tag”. So it is a gun recovered from a crime scene...?

In any case, I don’t know what model it is, but I think it’s more suitable for the Glock Hack Jobs thread.

There appears to be blood next to the gun so that would be my assumption.
