In Virginia, Yes. You can carry in any state building as long as its not a court or K-12 school.

Not in Ohio.

Probably not in most states, but it depends on State law.

What state are you in?
You made me do a double-take to make sure I was still in "Glockers of the Old Dominion"

Carrying in a DMV is legal in Virginia. There have been a few "educational moments" for DMV employees in the not too distant past, but it's a settled issue at this point.

Plus it costs more to go to DMV! If you go on line to DMV it costs less.

Every time I've gone to the DMV office near me they have an armed guard in the waiting area.

If things are bad enough that DMV thinks they need an armed guard, I'm not going to DMV without my gun.
