    Hi,

I noticed that the search feature has a 3 letter minimum, which means that I can search for "G19", but not just "19". Given that Glock models are all two digits, could this be changed to allow 2 digit searching as well? This would really be helpful.

    Thanks,

    Alan

Hello. I understand how 2-digit searches would be helpful, but the overhead of doing so would be too high. If I set a 2-digit search limit, the size of the search index database table would go up exponentially and the server load, when running searches, would go up accordingly. Sorry. Eric

That is too bad because 2 digit searching would be really beneficial for glocktalk IMHO. I appreciate you checking into it!!!

    Thanks,

    Alan

It would help when searching the for-sale forums with two letter state codes.

I had this same problem when doing some searches on CZ's... I guess there's more important things to worry about in this world.. :)

    Thanks, Eric...

    Do this:

Search for *19* instead of 19.
