You should be fine. Ive shot berrys plated bullets in a g21 with no ill effects.

I used Berry's plated bullets in 9mm Glocks with stock barrels. My loads were fairly hot (6gr of Unique). Did not notice any lead fouling or other problems.

The only reason I stopped using Berry's is the fact that I can not buy them any cheaper than jacketed Precision Delta bullets ($76 per thousand shipped).

I use them in my 45's and 44's. no problems. I prefer the hollow-points.

Shooting Berry's bullets will work without leading.

However, my G26 doesn't like Berry's ... just not capable of small groups, so I use Montana Gold or Precision Delta jacketed bullets. (Have tried three powders each with three different charge levels with the Berry's and would get 3" - 5" 5-shot groups at 10 yards benched vs. 1.5" groups with jacketed rounds.)

My G23 will shoot Berry's accurately as will my G30. However, as mentioned above, the jacketed Precision Delta bullets are a better buy, and I've switched to them.

It's rare for Plated to not work well. I have one gun that did not like them. Plated do not like to be dented during the crimp portion of reloading. So be 100% sure to not crimp them past removing the flare. Pull a bullet and check for the ring. If you got a ring crimp less. Speed should be zero issue with most reloading done for a Glock.

Plated are fine @ any normal 9mm vel. BTW, everything leaves some fouling in the bbl, copper, lead or moly, they all leave something behind.:wavey:

Just keep your loads at the mid-range level for jacketed bullets and you will be fine. The max for plated bullets is somewhere between the max for jacketed bullets and the max for lead bullets.

Depends on caliber. Plated are fine at max vel in the 45acp, most 9mm & 40 loads. Accuracy does start coming apart until you hit about 1250fps. I have had decent results in the 357sig @ 1300fps, but accuracy is better under that.

Absolutely. Berry's plated 115g 9mm over 3.9g Clays or 5.1 HP-38 are my go to loads for my G19.
