    Can anyone identify this medallion?

My wife and I found it in her late father's things. She thinks it belonged to her great-grandfather? It is about 1.5 inches tall.

If it represents an organization, what can you tell me about it?

    THANKS

Can you type out what is written on the ends of the cross arms? Latin, I presume.... That is probably the motto of the organization and a Google search may identify it for you.

We don't think so. I've seen a K of C insignia and it does not look like this.

Might be right, York Rite Masonry.

Ehh I can't tell what it says, I see an 'In' but I can't make out any of the other words.

It is a Knights Templar Masonic necklace.

That would have been my guess, but after your reply, there is no doubt in my mind.
