Since the question was asked earlier, or alluded to, was the parking lot in question accessible by the general public or is it a controlled access parking facility? If it is public access, HR has no say-so over what is on the truck. Questionable if they have, for lack of a better term, any type of "jurisdiction" over what is posted on someone's property. On company property can be a very sticky situation.
And there are some, here, that believe red flag laws won't be abused.

They are in position to change this country for the worse....everything is offensive to them.

My answer was the professional / business answer.
HR does not act as HR wants..... they act exclusively on behalf of the company and the directions given by the executive.
My point is HR is very very rarely driving the bus.
The other thing to remember is that the employee is entitled to see their HR file any time they ask for it. There can not be double super secret files.
Finally, an employee can not be written up just for another employee opinions UNLESS they are actually breaking / broken a company rule or policy.
Time to review the Employee Handbook to see what could apply.
Basically, the lady with the truck decals may or may not be asked by the company to adjust her behavior.
If the company is run by looney Libs she will find that out pretty fast.
Depending on the leadership it could be that the complainer is the one that is told to back off ..... or at least ignored.

If the Democrats get control, people like the woman in the OP with the stickers on her truck could be red flagged and have their guns confiscated, simply based on the report of anyone who feels "threatened."
That's why it's so important for us to prevent the Democrats and their RINO allies from passing the red flag law.
A vote for any Democrat is an affirmation of everything they are jamming down our throats. Vote. Even if unfortunately you are voting against the worst choice and not for a candidate that stands for the people.

A few years ago the owner of the company I worked at stuck a bumper sticker on my car as a joke. I didn’t see it for 5 days. There was no HR department. We laughed it off. Now, you can’t even fart without getting in trouble. They have rules about what can be in my car now. Screw them.
Yes but it is also a misdemeanor to false report a GVRO. It also makes it easier to sue for damages too. Not unlike someone punches you but no injuries. You can still sue them in civil court.
Realistically in 10 years the GVRO stuff will largely we worked out because of 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th amendment issues. The courts in California have thrown out cases on the 14th a lot.
