Just checking on our California-based BOGs, especially those in Southern California who was hit by a 5.4 earthquake today.

A buddy of mine just flew into LA yesterday morning. He sent me a PM this afternoon when it happened. We're both Okies, and have never experienced an earthquake before.

He was pretty excited!

There are worries that the earthquake was a fore shock. Hope that's not the case.

Our office is 78 miles away from the epicenter. I thought I need new glasses. Thanks for asking.

Sa Japan madalas din lindol. Dito din sa Olongapo lumindol kanina. Uso yata.

My wife's friend texted us a while ago that there was an earthquake in Bacolod. It happened very early morning at around 2:30am. They all had to get out of the house and stayed outside for at least an hour before returning.

We advised them to remove the vehicles from the garage and park the them on the street. I noticed this practice of emergency personnel in LA when there was an earthquake there in 1990. All their vehicles were removed from their garages and parked on the street.
