    Ouch!

This guy fell backwards onto a cactus after a few drinks while playing a round of golf at a desert course. It took paramedics over three hours to remove the cactus before he could get into an ambulance and go to the hospital.

Not sure where I saw it, but there was pic of a girl who was riding dirtbike and fell into a pile of cacti and had them on most of her body.

How is there a correlation between you being in Ohio where there aren't too many cacti and a random picture off the internet?

That is like saying I am currently in Pennsylvannia so I can't find a picture of a North Carolina the beach on the internet.

Where it relates is that I do not know if that kind of cactus even exists. Also will that kind of cactus puncture your skin?

It's called 'cholla' cactus (pronounced choy-ya) and OMG yes, it will puncture your skin. The needles are razor sharp and contain a substance that will get under your skin and cause irritation and ITCHING like a mofo.
Best way to remove the 'cactus ball' is with one of those oversized combs you used to carry in high school, work it under the cactus and then lift it off.

Don't ask me how I know.

Fake as hell. Chuck Norris would be writhing on the ground, whimpering like a girl, begging to be shot.

I'd agree, but if you look at the bald fireman to his right, his head is the same way. I'm no camera expert, but I'd guess desert sun and a slightly higher than needed exposure setting.

Just looking at the shirt on the EMS personnel, defiantly Arizona. (and Kenprofessor might be hiding in the back drop or selling ammo by the river)

For sure, the nemesis of just about anybody who walks in the desert. Cholla of all kinds drop parts of their branches which can be accidently picked up by animals and carried to take root somewhere else. When hiking, your boots can pick up pieces of cholla and sling them up to hit you in the back of the leg, your back or even your head.

I wouldn't want to be in that guy's shoes, I'll bet he's still hurtin'.
