Cable internet/ Vonage Help

    I have a router from Vonage and a cable modem. The problem is that my internet connection and phone goes out about two times a day. Then I have to unplug both of them and power down my comeputer. Everything works well after that but it is annoying. I have had my modem and router replace. Anyone have any other ideas? It would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like a problem with the ISP.

    FWIW, I had Vonage for a while and I hated it. Mostly because their lousy CS.

    check your other post in general non glocking. i gave some ideas there for the vonage technician to check taht could very likely be your issue.
