Can any LEO give any info on open carry laws for L.A. County
After someone responds, how are you going to know that they are LEO?
Are you asking because you are considering OC personally or what other reason?
personal OC for my wife I'm not to concerned for my self i fell sorry for them if the mess with me.I guess i would just hope that their would still be a few honest people out their
I'm not sure if this is real or a joke. If it is real, my suggestion is that you research the law yourself instead of relying on someone on an internet bulletin board. If you read the law and can't understand it, call your local sheriff's office and ask for clarification.
Don't put your wife in a position of being put in prison because you listened to someone on the internet tell you what was right/wrong.
Thank you for the reply I have looked in to the law for myself. At the end of the law website it said to check with local LEO due to law changing so frequently.
Im not a LEO but as far as I know about OC laws you can carry on you as long as the gun is not concealed and is unloaded. I believe you can carry a full magazine on you as long as it is not in the gun. If you plan to OC in the LA area be prepared to be stopped frequently by the police. Soccer moms get scared when they see someone with a gun and call 911 to report a "man with a gun at the mall" which will get a massive police response.
Thank you for the reply maybe i should go down to Gardena PD and find out more
Or you could do it the easier way, and simply move out of that idiotic state..
How about helping the new guy with a link or two to reputable resources.
