I just made some really good burgers. 2 lbs of burger 1 tsp salt (I used sea salt) 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder In 3 of the burgers I equally divided 4 oz. of blue cheese and pressed into the center. Grilled them. Mine was topped with a nice slice of red onion and Franks Hot Wing Sauce. Yummo.
