    Ok I've spent countless hours coming up with this config for a new box. I'm selling a ton of stuff to buy it and its maxed out budget wise. PLEASE let me know if i'm making any bad moves or if anybody sees any conflicts. I'm thinking this one should last me a couple years before its useless.

    Others are sure to say it, but don't skimp on the case/power supply. Especially the power supply.

    Spend the extra $60-70 on a good one.

    I agree with the others. You should spend the extra $, and get a good power supply. I recommend an Antec TruePower.

    A $37 case isn't probably going to be that great. Take a look at Thermaltake and Antec. Those are both good case makers.

    I would get the ND-3520 DVD burner. It's the newest model. Make sure that you get some burning software if you don't already own any.

    take a look at the Corsair TWINX1024-3200XLPRO. It's low latecy (2-2-2-5) memory, plus the lights are great.

    This cooler is huge, make sure it'll fit your MB. I think there's a compatibility chart at the Thermalright website. I'd hate to bend some capacitors to make it fit.

    While we're talking about the heatsink, I didn't see a fan for it listed in your setup. Thermalright recommends one on their site.
