Hmmm not a top ten performance so far, discuss.
I hate that field so much.
SEC lite speed...
The spread is a hair under 40, last I saw. LOL...
I saw the first possession by each team. Not really impressed. Boise State's 'oh crap this isn't an extra point' missed FG was particularly humorous.
* sigh * They will be here soon enough to talk about how they are the greatest team, their schedule does not matter, they won bowl games before, and how no real school will ever play them.......
I'm basing my opinion on what I see them doing against a weak LAtech team
Just drove by the stadium on my way home from class and the crowd was already starting to leave 1) bcuz it was almost a blow out 2) its rainy n cold here. BSU is owning every team they play. LA Tech was the first team though who has had a win under their belt. GO BSU!!!!!
Yeah, i like Boise State, but i will admit this game is boring as hell!!!! Not impressive tonight, but i still think they can play. It is tough getting up to play games that you can destroy without even playing...i give them credit for keeping the intensity up to some degree.
I also HATE the blue field
That's some BCS resumé. Good call.
First, the field looks terrible, I agree.
Second, I think they can play, but give them a schedule where they can prove their rank. I would have more respect if they played in a better conference. At least Utah will get to play in better conference and will get more respect if they can prove it.
Agree completely. I can even understand why people think they should be nowhere near the top of the national rankings. Their schedule is absolutely horrible, but the problem is that its a vicious cycle. No big names will play them because they are not a big name team and can't bring in the money. Its not about football, but about money, which boise cant hang.
I think alabama probably has the best team right now. I do think, however, that BSU could compete with ANY team in the country. Take out the money, the politics, and just play football......boise would not disappoint.
Why do they have to play so dirty? dirty hits in both games I have watched them in so far...and the field is a stupid marketing gimmick...
Crappy officiating too... and I thought the SEC crews were homers...
