What is the best site for testing broadband speed ? I have used Speakeasy and Speedtest. Speakeasy seems to be very inconsistent ?

Yeah, I know you talked about two of these but this is just the list I tend to bounce through. Results are pretty consistent between them:

I would recommend testmynet.com since it gives you the option to pick the file size you want to test or you can use their quick test. Depending on the type and speed of service you have you may want to try different file sizes.

I always use speedtest.net and haven't noticed any issues with them...

My cable company recommends speed test and speak easy. I've never had issues with either.
