I live in the Brandon area and want to do pre-firearms training for my wife and son and I"m looking for a free area ???? to do this with airsoft. ?????-

Also anyone know of a few non range or low cost where a family can do some plinking with real firearms???????


Ranges are to restricting for us now and do not want to use airsoft there and airsoft force on force is planned.

Your own backyard, inside your home or inside your porch/patio. Please be very careful about going out in "public" areas with such activity to avoid alarming the public or having a law enforcement response.

http://www.wheretoshoot.org and http://www.nra.org/nralocal.aspx are great range locators.
Also, http://myfwc.com/hunting/safety-education/shooting-ranges/ provides info on the FWC ranges.
Please do not try "going out in the woods" or "down to the sandpit" anywhere around Brandon unless you want to meet some upset Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies who may very well arrest you for Armed Trespass - a FELONY.
