Nah, we're all different. I'm into more general fitness. I am clearly the H&F yoyo of the year, so who knows. I might take up BB someday!

Now get on youtube and find some Ross Enamait videos, CrossFit, or powerlifting videos--those psyche me up! Actually, of all of those, PL videos get me going the most. I might end up doing that again someday.

    Good stuff!

I used to follow BB quite a bit.

I recognized every guy in the video and the Rollins quote.

That Rollins piece is pretty cool.

Why do those dudes do the partials on the dumbell bench press?

I'm with DBD, it doesn't do much for me either. TEHO.

Now, if I was looking to get inspired for a workout, this might do it............. http://youtube.com/watch?v=xVB_rQFSsEg

Continuous tension and pump perhaps? I notice a lot of pro BB'ers lift like that.

Your link was just as good!

That may be it. I was wondering if it was easier on their joints. You're most likely right though.

That dude's got some power. Sheesh. I love the very end of the vid where the barbell just flies off as he explodes upwards.

I agree that powerlifting vids get me fired up. I am no powerlifter but that is just inspiring. Guys that weigh 175lbs (about my weight) front-squatting 200 kg is just impressive, no matter how you cut it. I am sure his max is much more than that.

Body-weight stuff like this is also very inspiring for me. I cannot do a lick of it but still very motivational. I believe this dude is a professional with Cirque du Soleil but still. http://www.metacafe.com/watch/171991/amazing_acrobatics/

Knowing the BB dudes in that vid are probably all on the juice, it just lets the air out for me.

I just didn't want to be the first to type that this time, LOL.

Also, the weights become less impressive when one considers the juice combined with bodyweight. For example, I was never more than a mediocre PLer and I never used any drug (well, except caffeine, LOL), and my DL PR is as many times my BW as Coleman's 800 lb DL folks love to show. Yeah, I know, Coleman's not even going for strength, but his strength is the point of the video.

Some of those movements are unbelievable.

I like the pushups (or was it pullups?) from the vertical bar.

I wonder how many DH pullups that guy can do--hundreds?!
