You guys ever feel like this? It's becoming more prevelant with this more physical job i got.

Don't think i can remember being mind tired, body awake.

But i often separate the two in my mind.

Every night when I come home from work. I read and it does the trick for me.

    Ambien 10mg is your friend.

    Grammar is a close second.

Based upon previous posts, the job may be fleeting so you may solve your own problem.

Finally in a job that isn’t physical per se. however I still have issues with my mind not settling down so I can sleep. 4 hours of sleep last night 6 is the norm. Going to the gym right before bed helps, reading helps, wife helps. I refuse to use any drug.

I'm more of a mind tired, body awake kind of guy. My body does (of course) get tired, but it pretty much never coincides with my mind being tired...usually the opposite.

3-6 mg's of melatonin use to work WONDERS for me. I cut out all caffeine a few months ago and no longer needed help getting to sleep.

I have been so tired that it’s hard to go to sleep.
It’s kind of like an autopilot.

Usually I will sleep for a couple of hours. Then after some time it kicks in and I’m out.

Stop drinking and smoking pot and start running.

Ever hear of "runner's high"? When you run, your body produces hormones called endorphins that will relax you and help you sleep.
