    That should be a win for adult thinking voters. This is what the Constitution requires. This has happened 29 times, and all of the presidents put in the nomination (that's batting 1000). That's pretty solid precedent. So there is no Garland rule, leftists. The Senate is controlled by the GOP so the GOP gets to decide if they want to pursue the confirmation process, and the democrats have no say in it. Any adult that's paid attention knows that if the roles were reversed, the democrats would go through with the nomination and confirmation. To say differently flies the face of truth. Look at the impeachment they tried.

    Obama did try in 2016 on his way out Year but didn't get it, like many other things, done.

    Obama made his nomination. The Senate chose not to confirm. That is what happens when the Senate is not controlled by the same party as the president in these instances. Again, what happened with Obama was nothing unprecedented or anomalous.
