Nice color! Haven't seen many in that one. They look great in black but most of em are black so it's nothing special. Interior?
That's a beaut! How much were you able to pick it up for with those low miles?
Great ride! Make sure you keep enough in savings to make bail.
Naw, they arnt as bad as people say. Looks like you have some warenty left too!
Sorry, must of missed this. I paid $26k OTD, I finally "stole" from the Stealorship.
It's currently at 12k miles now and enjoying every minute of it. I even took it to the drag strip for fun and ran 12.9 @ 105.
I have a stock 128i "Year One of the One" base model convertible that is plenty lively for me. No turbos around here, although a friend is on his second 335i. After a $hocking visit to the agent, I asked the independent mechanic who services my out of warranty van and he said "I had just as soon work on a BMW as that F250 over there."
Car looks great!!! Enjoy!!!
Don't read the thread, just reply...
I bought a new BMW in 2007. Not sure if it’s still the case, but at the time BMW covered all maintenance, everything except gas during the 36,000 mile/3 year warranty period. I was shocked when I took the car in for the first scheduled maintenance after the warranty. Something like $1,200 for an oil change and very little else. I really enjoyed the car but unfortunately, a BMW is a tad above my pay grade.
My ‘05 330. A bit of Dinan love and a hardtop at home. Currently skulking around UH waiting for my kid.
Sounds like a hosing. My wife's car ('15 328XI) got just an oil change, cabin filter and the usual scope, $186 at our local dealer, plus they drive 65 miles to get the car, leave a loaner, drive 65 miles to bring it back, no extra charge. Beats hell out of me spending half my day taking care of it. I'd change oil myself but I have no idea how to reset the computer to reflect miles left on the new oil.
I can’t wait to get away from newer BMWs.
I believe they’re designed to make money for the dealerships.
My ‘11 x5 has 180k and is such a money pit but I credit that to the Indy shop I used to use. Nothing is ever fixed quite right.
Isn't that EVERY car dealership?
Lol, not a Mustang guy but thanks for the suggestion.
Looks great, I love E46s. My previous Bimmer was an E36 M and it was a great car.
Nice pick up!! My mom just got a 18 540i on Friday. I drove it Sunday and now I need one. LOL
Oil alone is $80 so that’s not such a bad deal.
Need more pics!!
My car is a '20 M340XI. It's a velvet wrapped sledgehammer. Totally in love with it, grin every time I push the start button.
