What brand blue cheese dressing have you found to be the best for home cooked wings and celery? I normally buy Kraft fat free salad dressings, but they tend to be watery. Yet at a wing restuarant the dressing has big pieces of cheese in it. I only use Frank's Original sauce and butter, maybe a 70/30 mix- it doesn't take a lot to coat the wings when shaken in tupperware. There is a recent wing thread here, but this is about blue cheese dressings. Thanks.
