Just saw where Bloomberg demands action against guns from Romney and Obama! Anyone think this massacre will effect our rights?

To think it won't is simply driving ones head deeper into the sand.

This will be forgotten just like all the other shootings in time. I want to no why McDonald's has killed more Americans then anything or one in history and nothing has been done:whistling:

Come one, like after the VT massacre?

Yes, stay involved, and remain informed. Vote, and do anything within our power to make sure the 2nd amendment isn't trampled even more, but to think something will happen after this? What about after gabriel giffords? Nothing..

I want to know why there weren't any armed citizens there to shoot back.

He is such an ass. England disarmed 50 years ago and there is more gun crime than ever. More people die from a knife in the ribs every year than the previous year.
Every wanna be criminal has a gun over there but no one is every punished for anything.
Its the lack of punishment there that does it and its now the same here. If we publicly hung a few people the homicide rate would go down.
    He is such an ass.

It will only increase sales on AR type rifles, Remington 870s and glock .40s once the newbies hear of it . People will shy away from movie houses for a while and netflex gets a boost. Its all part of cause and effects, and from the internet age we re in.

I can't see how they WON'T try something. I'm pretty much resigned to either more gun-control measures, or panic-buying driving the price of guns and ammo through the roof again. Remember the days of $1120 for 1000 rounds of .223?

It's just g'damned depressing. It seems like mass shootings are happening more often, these days. WTF is happening to the country? :dunno:

Bloomberg demands "gun action" regularly, from everybody, after everything. So?

I can't imagine what kind of trash must make up the majority of the NY population for him to keeep getting elected. Of course, I could say that about most major cities - Chicago, San Francisco, every city in New Jersey, etc. Is it something about the herd mentality of (non-predator) city dwellers?

Because the movie theater has a strict no weapons policy.

So does almost every movie I go to but I carry CONCEALED. It's the policy of the theater, not state or city law.

Agreed. In TX, if no 30.06 I would just leave if they asked. Nobody has developed cray glasses to see thru my shirt yet though, so its not an issue.

FWIW, add me to the hording jerks, but I just ordered extra bulk 223. I enjoy shooting, not looking at my guns.

Supposedly the theatre is a posted "No Carry" zone.
