I don't think blindness is his only disability...

Seems like a judge believes that the Second Amendment is unlimited.

More likely the judge believes that a blind man has the same rights as anyone else. It's amazing that this happened in NJ, the same state that has filed charges on people for shooting someone in their home, claiming that the person did not attempt to avoid the conflict even though there is no law that states you need to retreat from an attack.

Wasn't Steven Hopler's other "disability" the same one that Ted Kennedy had too? My understanding that Kennedy's license was suspended for six months at one time but it wasn't ever revoked. It didn't say in the article that any of Holper's guns killed any people, did it?:dunno::wow::supergrin:

Are you truly an anti-gun liberal, or were you trying to be funny?

Either way, it is a FAIL.

    Of EPIC proportions.....

Do I have to have a drivers license to own a car? A commercial license to own a big rig? A pilots license to own an airplane?

The answer is of course not. No reason why a blind man can't own firearms.
