Ok they caused lots of harm, death.
They accepted they were going to die. Let them die together, holding each other. Make it a quick death.
Shoot in the leg? Watching that made me feel bad for them.
Yes I fear we will have to execute the terrorists in America. For their sake, and my comfort. I ask them to reconsider their actions.

I'm referring more to the ignorant, liberal millennials that are out in masse supporting this.

But, at a higher level, I definitely see your point.

I worked with a young woman in the early 80's whose parents somehow got the family out of Romania. She said she wanted to go back because life was easier there for her. All her decisions would be made for her there, where to live, where to go to school and what to study, and where to work. She was so totally indoctrinated that she did not like making any kind of decision at all. I could never understand that.

One of the doctrines of communism is the abolition of capitalism and liberation/empowerment of the proletariat around the world by the means of worldwide revolution. This doctrine is called Internationalism and this is why the Russia, the first communist country in the world spread the communist revolution in all corners of the former Czarist Empire, forcefully imposing it to people of vastly different cultures from the Baltic countries in the West, to the Muslim Uzbek and Kirghiz in the far east.

But they didn't stopped there. Before WWII the Communist Russians tried to spread their Internationalist communist revolution further into Finland, Romania which they many times by infiltrating terror cells who attacked police stations, city officials and military installations in the Eastern province of Moldova, and finally Spain where they caused one of the bloodiest civil wars in Europe's last 100 years.

The same Internationalist doctrine was the reason the Russians took over and imposed communism over half of Europe after WWII, then start fomenting and financing communist revolutions in Africa, Latin America, and the Far East. In less than 60 years after communists took over Russia, they spread their revolution to 50 countries around the world, changed the leaders of those countries with their own puppets (most of them educated in Moscow), sent their military and economic advisors to make sure everybody stays in line, drained those countries of their most precious resources and enslaved or murdered hundreds of millions of people.

It can be said without a shadow of a doubt that the Soviet Union was the largest colonialist empire the world has ever known. And that was because of the Internationalist doctrine of communism.

One of the songs we learned as kids in primary school in Romania was The Internationale.
Here is the same song sung by American communists in 2017, listen to the lyrics:

Stand up, all victims of oppression
For the tyrants fear your might
Don't cling so hard to your possessions
For you have nothing, if you have no rights
    Let racist ignorance be ended
For respect makes the empires fall
    Freedom is merely privilege extended
Unless enjoyed by one and all
    Chorus:
    So come brothers and sisters
    For the struggle carries on
    The Internationale
    Unites the world in song
    So comrades come rally
For this is the time and place
    The international ideal
    Unites the human race
Let no one build walls to divide us
Walls of hatred nor walls of stone
Come greet the dawn and stand beside us
We'll live together or we'll die alone
In our world poisoned by exploitation
Those who have taken, now they must give
And end the vanity of nations
We've but one Earth on which to live
And so begins the final drama
In the streets and in the fields
We stand unbowed before their armour
We defy their guns and shields
When we fight, provoked by their aggression
Let us be inspired by like and love
For though they offer us concessions
Change will not come from above

So you see, anyone telling communists "If you like communism go to a communist country" doesn't make sense to communists. The Internationalist doctrine which is a pivotal part of their ideology tells them that their mission is to spread communism and liberate the working class around the world, including in America. They can't do that if they go to Cuba or North Korea, can't they?

1 generation after the fall of the Berlin wall and we are on the verge of a communist take over. Damn if Khrushchev wasn't correct.

Simple answer- we have it FAR TOO GOOD here in USA. People in large have little want for basic needs, or little need for anything basic for that matter. Why make life harder for yourself- just do your overthrowing in your own backyard, and stop off at starbucks on your way to your secure home. Like minds stick with the hive.
They know which side their bread is buttered on........

He was looking in the wrong place. Instead of looking at Hollywood, he should have been looking at Colleges and Unions.

It wasn't just that she had too many options to choose from. It wasn't like trying to decide which of 30 different toothpastes to choose(I go for the one that is on sale), but basic life choices that we all take for granted. I cannot imagine being content with a government official telling me what school to attend, what courses to take, where to live and what job to have.

When you have never had a choice, 3 choices is overwhelming.
