I may be WAY off base here, but isn't the FN Herstal 5.7x28 been under fire about having ammo that will punch through LE vests??

ONLY the original projectile round is armour piercing, and they are RESTRICTED. Most of the ammo available in the US is either Ballistic Tip or hollow-point.

I haven't heard that, but if it is true, I'm sure there is no way he would ever consider using it for that purpose. No chance at a all. He loves the police.

Well, I hope that barry soetoro, the "en mass biased media," sharpton, j. jackson and the rest of America's concerned citizens will be sure to point out that this man was arrested ONLY because he is black-hispanic. The charges of course were immaterial, it was his race they were after.

So this guy was a convicted Felon?

Any mention about him putting a bounty on someone that has not yet even been charged with a crime?

He's probably the one you need to cover your cornhole around.

It's strange that he sold the gun to the pawn shop on March 5, but was only recently arrested for possession of a weapon by a previous offender, only after he gained publicity for offering the bounty.

I wonder, had he not attracted this publicity, would the Justice Department have done their jobs?

Well, they waited until he showed up to the probation office. Pretty common practice, maybe. Wh ygo get him, and risk a gunfight when you know he probably knows better than to come to the PO packing?!?!?
