Exactly right!......we can't trust politicians to not let their greed overcome any real progress that can be made with OUR money. Example: Baltimore!

All of my black rifles are already NFA items. Guess I’m ahead of the curve of this nonsense somehow becomes reality.

Just occurred to me.......isn't it true that if ARs and AKs become NFA items, they then become part of a national database. In other words, gun registration?

Does that mean I'm sitting on a gold mine as prices go up a zillion percent....or does it mean I'm gonna' get screwed?

    (rhetorical question)

You are willing to pay to fix problems created by the voters of cities you don't live in and the governments they elected?

Leave me out of that genius plan. I hope all of those POSs kill each other.

All this nonsense when only 7% of the population is committing over 50% of America’s murders.
There is clearly a problem but it isn’t the guns.
This is why Americans never have and never will give their guns up.

What is interesting is that certain groups are represented at many times the percent they are of the population. That's blamed because the Police are racist... Anyone with common sense realizes that's not possible to be the cause. Now body, dash cameras (often pushed by same groups) show in general the Police are not racist, small groups do commit the majority of crimes.

    Those facts are racist...

You’re all for the .9 Billion for inner cities? I’m not. Just what do you think that money would be spent on?

Even with that 7% the violence is concentrated in a few cities(all run by dims) that have anti police policies. You know, the kind that don't want criminal gang databases to be used for red flag laws(or at all).

It's the Fudd-friendly angle, i.e. "nobody needs that to hunt." I could name a few GT members who would go to bat for it.

Did you read what I wrote? The feds have participated in the destroying inner cities as much as the cities themselves. IF it really went to redevelopment, improving the schools etc. I'm in., yet as I quoted from my earlier post, that'll never happen.

So, I'm not worried about it ever passing and Biden will never be president so why get worked up?

I'm glad all the Democrats are getting on board with screaming to the nation that they want to impose draconian and overreaching gun control.

You could dump $10 billion and it wouldn't do ****. Corruption would eat up a lot of it and in the end you'd still have a bunch of kids that can't read or do math because doing good in school is looked down upon in the black community.

I'll agree that it's nice to be vindicated for the years of being told "no one is trying to confiscate your guns". At least they're finally "out of the closet" on this one.

What "interesting" is that blacks are also severely over-represented in the bottom of the socioeconomic scale, as well as in one- or zero-parent homes (being raised by grandparents). It is a difficult cycle to escape, and unless you've been there, done that, and got the t-shirt, you may not appreciate just how hard that is.

Take a step out in the most rural sections of West Virginia (or Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri) and you find a similar culture. Try to trailer parks near Detroit - same thing.

Socioeconomics make a greater impact than skin pigmentation.
