Amateurs always looking for challenges. Try QRP modes, digital modes, ecom, operating at various ends of the available spectrum, build equipment/antenna, learn cw, try contesting, or go for awards, restore old radios, EME or meteor scatter, sstv. Satelite comms and digital hotspots have me going now. Join a club, get public service certs, get skywarn certs. Help organize local field day. Get your VE certificate and assist with testing. Help train new techs. So, now that I and several others on this forum have “topped out” in Amateur
Radio with the Extra Class license, what’s next?
Is there a logical progression?
A commercial license?
Always looking for a challenge.
