If you haven't tried it, check out Charles Shaw wine at your local Trader Joe's. It's only $1.99 a bottle and tastes more upscale than the price tag. My favorite is the Chardonnay. Is nick name is "Two Buck Chuck". ;Y

    2 buck chuck

    It's a little pricer but I like Costco's Kirkland Shiraz at $10.

You are fortunate to have a Trader Joe's in your area.

They have some great buys and Two Buck Chuck is one of them. I understand that the Charles Shaw wine is a bit higher in some Eastern States where Trader Joe's has stores. Taxes and transportation I suppose.

The folks in Columbia, South Carolina also have a deal with a new competitive wine store (Wine and More?) moving in giving the old retailers a bit of competition in prices. We need a Wine and More in Atlanta.
