What is your favorite music album? This is according to what your ears like, not what everyone else likes

And it is more about what you, today, like or think is the best. Not so much about what you used to like the most when you were in high school.

My favorite, and perhaps what I think is the best, is:

    Carole King, "Tapestry"

And while she gets the pick for my favorite album, my favorite bands are Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple, Neil Young, 10,000 Maniacs, Tchaikovsky, Led Zeppelin, stuff like that :)

Oh, boy. This is like asking "What is the best color?" or going onto the general firearms section and asking "What is the best gun ever made?"

That being said, my favorite..... aw hell, there IS no way to pick a favorite. I go through stages with music, and to pinpoint it down to ONE album would be impossible.

I'll go with Hotel California. The Eagles struck gold when they added Joe Walsh. I had that album and it seems every single song was about the end of a music era. It seems to me that the year 1976 was pivotal in so many ways.

Black Sabbath - Masters of Reality. Between them and Led Zepplin, music changed for the better and inspired more new musicians than we'll ever know!!!
