Looking for recommendations on a great outside the waistband belt holster. I'm wanting something very minimal in design and close to the body for concealment even under a t-shirt. I'm open to kydex or leather and was originally considering an IWB but I'm not sure I'll be able to get away with it with a Glock 19.

I sometime carry a 23 AIWB in a Blade Tec "Clipit" holster. It's comfortable enough for all day wear. Very little difference in feel over the 27 in the same type holster. Printing is a problem for me with any OWB holster and a T shirt.

For OWB with my Glock 19, I use a Galco Combat Master. I prefer holsters that have the belt loops or clips out to the sides of the holster, rather than "stacked on top of the pistol," because it allows for a lower, smoother profile.

The "best" for me is the Alien Gear Cloak Slide, which meets your design parameters. It holds the gun close to the body and is fairly minimalist. And its not spendy, so you can try it out without much worry. I own about 10 of them for various guns.

Pro tip: skip a belt loop with your belt, at about 3:00, so you can slide the holster back to 4:00 most of the time, and forward to 2:00 while seated for easy access.

I've had great luck with Alien Gear Holsters. They make both IWB and OWB.

From my experience, I find that leather OWB holsterstend to conform to the body better than Kydex and are easier to conceal, especially the pancake design. I have used leather holsters from Milt Sparks, High Noon, Galco, and Aker. I personally prefer the Milt Sparks holsters. They’re handmade and quality in materials and workmanship is second to none. I have a couple of hybrids from Black Point Tactical that accommodate pistols with attached weapons lights. They’re quality holsters, but take a pretty loose shirt to conceal without printing. That said, just about any holster that for a pistol/light combo is going to have more bulk.

For OWB holsters, I have Mitch Rosen 5JR for my G43 and Kahr PM9, and they are wonderful. Sometimes I use Multi Holsters kydex IWB holsters as “Between the Waistband and Belt” holsters under a winter jacket. The set up works surprisingly well. Of course, Glock’s own Sport holster is also my favorite OWB holster for G19.

I have been using the Glock Combat Holster for about 3 years.

When I wear a jacket, coat or blazer I use the Glock Store $35 Holster. It is easy on and off. When I am driving I can switch it to crossdraw.

Subjective topic but I have tried many many holsters over the years. Very few have been as near perfect for me as the Stealth Gear OWB Flex for my 30S. Numerous light/laser options. Not an inexpensive option but to me it has been worth it.

Today’s the LAST DAY to save an extra 25% on OWB FLEX[IMG]™️ holsters, mag carriers, and utility carriers with code FLEX25!

I have a Cobra OWB holster from Concealment Solutions. Reasonably priced and can be placed and removed from your belt without un-buckleing the belt.

You may want to check out Bravo Concealment. If you do, I suggest the upgraded belt loops. They make the holster ride high and tight against your side.

I also vote Glock Sport Combat. $13 well spent.

I just wish it was also available for the G43. Oddly, they have the mag carrier for the G43 and the G42, but not the holster...

Another vote for Alien Gear. I prefer the Shapeshift, haven’t found a better holster. FOR ME that is. Everyone has their own preference.
