I haven't used creatine in close to ten years and I'm about to start using it again. I used to use Phosphagen HP and had good results with it.

Who's got the best creatine out now as far as purity and q/c?

I've never had GI side effects, so I've stuck with Creatine Monohydrate in it's basic powdered form. Wal mart has 14oz for about $10, but I now order it, Glutamine and ON Whey from Vitacost for a better value.

Supposedly there is better stuff out there now...but I think you were right on the money with Phosphagen HP. I've had the best results with that...although I haven't cycled creatine in about 2 years now...

I like CCE. You can find it in a ton of different creatine products. If your looking for CCE, try a pre w\o supplment called WTF. It is made by ALRI industries. Good stuff!
