Ivanhoe Warehouse Outlet has the best prices on factory mags and free shipping on orders over $25. I've always had good luck with them. I'm not sure if they accept paypal.

I have bought several of the 17 and 19 mags from them, all worked perfectly.
I did read a thread here, a while ago, where a member bought a couple, and had trouble with one, Ivenhoes replaced it, no questions asked.
They do show a little wear, after all they are used, but I was very pleased with them.
Glock still sells springs for them, as well as wolf and others, but as far as Glock warranty on them goes, from what I understand, they do not have anymore pre-ban tubes to replace them with, however the rest of the mag would still be covered.
